The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 now allows petitioners to concurrently file their I-526 petition and I-485 for adjustment of status and wait for approval in the United States. Prior to the 2022 legislation, investors had to wait years for their I-526 approval, and if the investor was from a country subject to quotas (i.e. China, Vietnam, and India), many more years before receiving their green card approval. Concurrent filing allows investors who select a TEA location, to freely live, work, and study in the United States while their I-526 petition is being processed. You can even start your Big Chicken investment as an E2 visa and adjust to an EB-5 green card or use Big Chicken to apply for an EB1C green card. We operate out of a state-of-the-art hangar that houses our corporate office, flight department and aircraft maintenance. DMD knew that Candlewood Suites was the perfect brand to open right outside of Disney World for families requiring an affordable suite where they wouldn’t be cramped in a tiny hotel room. Our Candlewood Suites is a Walt Disney World ® Good Neighbor Hotel located less than 1 mile from Disney Springs and within 4 miles to all four parks at Disney World. This brand is about providing genuine experiences that make those on the road feel right at home.
Our hotel features enormous 1- and 2-bedroom suites, large work areas, comfortable desk chairs, and free Wi-Fi to make it easy to surf the net or get down to business when our guest return from Disney World. Full kitchens, spacious living rooms, free laundry, free guest gym, and the Candlewood Cupboard®, a grab-and-go shop that’s open 24-hours, make it easy to kick back and enjoy life.
